About Us

Since 1986 we offer services in New York and the metropolitan area as a receptive tourism agency.
Excursions and transfers, vehicles for special occasions, vans, buses, limousines, private services, groups and incentives.
Trips to Boston, Washington and Niagara Falls.
We have excellent guides for excursions around the city and we are specialists in the New York Contrasts visit.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

 

A) All excursions and services must be reconfirmed the previous day for any change of schedule or unforeseen situations.
Reconfirmations may be done by e-mail, or by calling our toll-free number from any phone booth.

 

B) All tours depart from the Times Square Renaissance Hotel, at 714 - 7th Ave (between 47th and 48th Streets).
Our tour guides arrive at each hotel location with a passenger list to contact every individual who has made a reservation.

 

C) Our excursions and services are in English.
Our tour services combine different groups of passengers. Exclusive private tours are available upon request, with advance reservations - different fees apply.

 

D) All tours must be paid, in cash, to the tour guide. (a 4% surcharge applies to credit card payments).

 

E) In some cases, tour reservations for parties of 4 or more will require a deposit. 

 

F) All tours are made with 11-passenger vehicles or mini buses with 25 seats. Occasionally, coach transportation may be used during high seasons.
Although we prefer small groups, the vehicle type to be used cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Regardless of the vehicle used, the route and stops remain the same for all tours.
Passenger preferences also vary. While some prefer compact vehicles, others would rather travel in larger panoramic buses that allow broader visibility.
